We have created a process which begins at the Space Consultancy stage where we collaborate with you and people within your business to understand the unique needs and goals across the company and enable us to develop a brief which focuses on enhancing the bulding’s purpose.

We then create a project brief which outlines our design, site constraints and opportunities, scope of works, and a forecast budget which then allows both parties to explore design options or Value Engineering and develop into something which Is tangible throughout the Planning and Estimating process.  

Once we have developed and planned the full delivery strategy and mobilise to site; we do really deliver our promise of total commitment to perfect delivery of the project and ensure that the you are always kept updated on the progress.

 Upon completion; we Issue all required documentation, provide full training and aftercare so that our clients can enjoy their new space with peace of mind and satisfaction.

  • Design & Build is where you appoint Bellewood to both design and then construct the works described in your requirements.

    It allows you to appoint a single point of responsibility for the entire project which makes the whole process a lot easier for you.

    Ultimately, we would be responsible for ensuring the project is designed with due skill and care, completed on time, within the agreed contract value and satisfies the quality standards.

  • If you already have a designer, they would generally have existing and proposed drawings and corresponding finishes and other scheduled. We are happy to price these and identify our design portion.

    Otherwise, Bellewood has resources to fully survey, design and construct your next project where we create the full design pack, offer our cost to complete and ultimately turn your vision into reality.
