After years of employment with prominent construction firms in the United Kingdom and recognising the potential for better construction companies in Pakistan; we established Bellewood Construction.
For the last decade and beyond, our team has helped each of their previous employers transform many Residential; Office; Education and Leisure Facilities and have demonstrated total commitment to outstanding delivery of projects across the region. We see it as our professional responsibility to draw lessons from our experiences and establish a company that delivers a better and higher quality service for all clients.
We possess comprehensive knowledge of the entire fit out and refurbishment process, along with a thorough understanding of Building Regulations - enabling us to execute compliant projects. Our commitment to health and safety guarantees that our operations are conducted professionally, prioritising the well-being of our clients, colleagues, and workers. Additionally, our environmental focus allows us to execute construction activities in a way that minimises adverse effects on the planet.
Our proactive approach to Project Management and Financial Oversight enables us to complete our tasks effectively, staying within established timelines and budget limits. Throughout our team's history with previous employers, we have been involved in the delivery of over £25million of construction works over the last decade. Our expertise of dealing with £2.5m projects on average successfully has helped us set high standards of delivery on our future project with yourself - no matter the size, shape or cost..
We are expert in all types of JCT contracts and are also happy to explore any NEC and framework contracts.
Our ability to be flexible allows us to cater for end users as well where more favorable terms can be agreed to set standards of delivery.

“With a decade of Construction Management experience in the United Kingdom - working my as a Trainee QS all the way up to a Senior Commercial Manager, I've sought to improve my skills but struggled to implement changes due to obligations to my previous employers' values.
My long standing goal was to establish a company focused on a client-centric service and setting up Bellewood in Pakistan has given me a chance to do just that.
As a Quantity Surveying graduate from The University of Salford in England and being an Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; I am committed to ongoing professional development across the business and shaping it into Pakistan’s first choice for construction projects.”

We will actively manage and look for ways to reduce waste as much as possible. To do this, we will follow the 6R’s (see Environment and Sustainability). We will focus our energy towards helping the government achieve Net Zero by 2050 by driving innovation, and encouraging planning throughout our operations.
Not will not only comply, but also do our best to exceed our legal obligations. We will ensure efficient use of resources forms a vital part of our design and operations throughout the business are streamlined in appreciation of resources.
Environment
We recognise the importance of safety, health and wellbeing of each individual associated in the operations of our business. Therefore, we will strictly priorities the compliance of our safety policies and procedures and ensure an active support of our partners in upholding these values.
We will never compromise on risks which could put ourselves, our clients and public in danger. In doing so, we will provide training to our employees and partners and always protect and promote risk awareness amongst people outside our business who could be directly impacted by our operations.
